Maria Temkin is a founder of Temkin & Associates, LLC

Maria has 19 years’ experience representing individuals and businesses in civil and international litigation and corporate matters. She routinely appears and tries cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal and state courts. Her recent matters include representing consumers in a major internet fraud and RICO litigation; companies in complex business fraud and contract matters. Maria also provides counsel to companies in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including technology licenses, manufacturing, supply and distribution contracts, and other professional services agreements, including agreements between U.S. and foreign entities.

Prior to joining the Firm, Maria was an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Marks & Sokolov where she represented U.S. and foreign companies in commercial, lender liability, corporate finance, RICO, international and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, handling matters in trial and appellate courts. Her clients included members of the petroleum, commodity trading, diamond development, and finance industries.

Maria had also worked for Friedman Accounting — a Philadelphia CPA firm, assisting start‐up companies with corporate and tax services and advising foreign companies on U.S. investment.
