Elena Alexeeva is the Head of Immigration Practice at Temkin & Associates

For 20 years, Elena has provided legal service for the clients, first, in Russia and then in the U.S. In Russia, Elena worked in the United Nations providing legal and organizational support to the Russian regions in implementing budget and local self-government reforms. Also she worked as a consultant in a leading Moscow legal consulting agency, Center for Fiscal Policy. Before moving to Moscow, Elena served as a legal adviser in a City Hall of her home town Togliatti, Russia.

In the U.S., Elena graduated from Temple University School of Law. Prior to joining Temkin & Associates, LLC, Elena worked in Tatiana S. Aristova’s Immigration law office, a well-respected immigration firm in Philadelphia and New York. Elena has extensive legal experience in handling Asylum, Waiver, Cancellation of Removal, Visa for Abused wife, Release from Immigration Detention, and other complicated issues.

Elena dedicated her career to helping immigrants with their legal issues. Because of her own experience Elena fully understands how difficult to survive in a totally new environment, to start a new life from scratch.
